Travel preparation


Travel Documents

Each passenger is responsible for carrying valid travel documents that comply with Aircompany and FanFly Travel GmbH regulations as well as the entry requirements of the destination country. Any fines, penalties, or expenses incurred due to non-compliance with these regulations must be borne by the passenger. To ensure compliance, FanFly Travel recommends carrying a valid passport (and, if necessary, a valid visa) on all flights.

Check-In 

Passengers are advised to arrive at the check-in counter at least two hours before the scheduled departure time for FanFly Travel GmbH flights, as check-in counters close 40 minutes prior to departure.

Unaccompanied Minors

International regulations for "unaccompanied minors (UM)" apply to children traveling alone, ensuring their safety. Please prepare thoroughly for this special journey with your child. Note: Online booking for unaccompanied children is not possible.

Unaccompanied minors are defined as:

  • Children aged 5 to 11 years without an accompanying person aged 15 years or older
  • Children aged 3 to 5 years with an accompanying person aged 12 to 15 years At the parents' request, children aged 12 to 18 years can also travel with supervision. The flight reservation can only be made by the parents or the person picking up the child. Please prepare all necessary travel documents.

Passengers with Disabilities

The airline offers various assistance services for passengers with disabilities at the airport and on board. Specially trained staff assist these passengers at both departure and arrival locations. Most airports provide free wheelchairs and transport vehicles with accompanying personnel. The armrests in our aircraft can be removed. Passengers with wheelchairs are advised to arrive at the check-in counter 120 minutes before departure.
